Valley Smoke’s menu consists mainly of barbeque with mashed potatoes to die for and poutine to rave about. To go more in detail of this spectacular menu, slow-smoked BBQ, southern-inspired seafood, chicken, and premium steak cooked on a wood-fire grill. The dessert menu is also ideal. Desserts include ice cream, banana pudding, southern pecan pie, Chocolate caramel brownie, Chocolate cake, and finally hummingbird cake. This restaurant has a 4.5 star on trip advisor, making it a traveler’s choice. One outstanding review said,” We are new to the area – were looking for good BBQ and hit the jackpot! The meats are so tender, and the sauces are super tasty. Save room for dessert!” The community obsesses about the BBQ. Meat that falls off the bone! The restaurant owners, Ben and Lisa, own multiple restaurants in the area. Some of these include other favorites such as, the four Fish Camps, Dockside seafood, and the original Marker 32 restaurant of Northeast Florida. Chef Ben spent five years creating Valley Smoke with the inspiration of his travels, it opened in 2017 and has been a favorite spot ever since. A plus to most of Chef Ben and Lisa’s restaurants is that they are waterfront! Valley Smoke invites you to overlook the intercostal while you dine. Hours for this restaurant vary by day. On Thursdays, Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesday’s hours are 11AM-9PM. On Fridays and Saturdays hours are 11AM-10PM. Monday’s hours are 4PM-9PM. They are most popular around night, more specifically 7PM, and tables are taken fast. They offer valet to make your parking experience quick and easy.
